Based in the Canary Islands and known online as @mahtab_nmvr, Mahtab brings together fitness, nutrition, mobility, and grounded self-care through a practical, feminine, and evidence-aware lens. Her work is shaped by a simple belief: health should support a full life, not shrink it.
As an ISSA fitness and nutrition coach, Mahtab writes about the habits that help women build durable energy and confidence: protein-rich meals, strength training, blood sugar balance, mobility, recovery, stress resilience, and a kinder relationship with food and body change.
